  3. Sets the default to /EDIT for the FORWARD, REPLY, and SEND commands and
  4. allows you to edit your mail messages.

  52.                Entering the EXTRACT keyword causes the editor to be invoked

  54.                reply to message 14, enter REPLY and edit your test.
